About the Role

We’re looking for a Healthcare Assistant who is reliable, attentive, and committed to delivering high-quality care. You’ll support individuals with their day-to-day needs, help maintain their wellbeing and independence, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Requirements:

Experience in a healthcare, residential, or domiciliary care setting is preferred.
A practical, compassionate approach to supporting others.
Good communication and observation skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable assisting with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and other daily living activities.
A good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and infection prevention practices.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends where required.
Relevant training or qualifications in Health and Social Care are an advantage, but candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
