They are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join our opening team. As a front-of-house team member, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit.. . Key Responsibilities. Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, including food, drinks, and shisha options. Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell where appropriate. Ensure tables are clean, well-maintained, and properly set throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and shisha staff to ensure smooth service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude. Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work environment at all times. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. . Requirements. Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding or willingness to learn about shisha and related services. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends.
