About the Role

Signature Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a high-growth, ambitious business in the search for an experienced Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on accountability, autonomy and delivering measurable results. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of the entire marketing function and play a key role in driving the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver performance across paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing and CRM.
Manage website performance, conversion optimisation, technical SEO and user experience.
Analyse campaign and channel performance using GA4, reporting tools and data modelling.
Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships to maximise ROI.
Lead and develop the marketing team.
Work closely with sales and internal stakeholders to improve lead quality and commercial outcomes.
Drive marketing activity across multiple channels within a high-volume lead generation environment.

What We're Looking For

strong experience across both paid and organic marketing channels.
Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, SEO, CRM and content marketing.
Advanced analytical skills and experience with GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets.
Previous experience leading or managing people and external agencies.
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on acquisition cost, revenue and profitability.
Ability to work independently and make data-led decisions.
Highly organised, analytical and genuinely passionate about marketing.

Location & Working Hours

North Somerset
Full-time permanent position
Primarily office-based, with flexibility available for the right candidates
