Sales & Marketing Administrator
Location: Egham (Onsite)
Salary: £35,000–£45,000

My client, a specialist engineering and technology business, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to support its sales office and service operations. This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer interaction, and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal sales support for parts, service, and support contracts
- Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and sales documentation
- Maintain CRM systems and produce sales reports
- Coordinate marketing activities, including exhibitions and events
- Creating marketing materials and company brochures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role
- Strong marketing skills, including creation of marketing material (i.e. brochures)
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience with contracts/bids
