IT Technician – West Bromwich – £25,000 to £29,000

We are recruiting for an IT Technician to join a well-established, family-owned business based in West Bromwich.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on IT support role and wants to be part of a close-knit team where you can make a real impact day to day.

The role:

As IT Technician, you will be responsible for supporting users across the business, ensuring systems run smoothly and resolving issues as they arise. This is a fully site-based role, working closely with colleagues across all departments.

Key responsibilities:

Provide 1st/2nd line support to internal users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and user accounts
Assist with ongoing IT projects and system improvements
Maintain IT documentation and support processes

What we’re looking for:

Experience in an IT support or IT Technician role
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Comfortable working in a fully on-site role (5 days a week)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
