Key Responsibilities:. . * Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional table service throughout the guest journey.. * Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently, with strong menu and product knowledge.. * Offer recommendations and upsell where appropriate to enhance the guest experience.. * Serve food and drinks with care, ensuring correct presentation and timing.. * Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating needs and responding quickly.. * Maintain clear communication with the kitchen, bar, and floor team to ensure smooth service.. * Handle payments accurately and efficiently.. * Maintain clean, organised sections and service stations during and after service.. * Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.. * Support the wider team during busy services to keep standards consistently high.. .
