Job Title: Waiter / Waitress. Reports to: Head Waiter / Management Team. Role Summary:. The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.. Key Responsibilities:. - Provide consistently excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.. - Collaborate with and support other staff members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.. - Guide guests to their assigned tables.. - Accurately and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders to tables.. - Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.. - Accurately take and process food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system.. - Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.. - Perform opening and closing duties, including table setup, cleaning, and inventory management.
