Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the delivery of effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about marketing across both digital and traditional channels.
Day-to-day duties of the role:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as email campaigns, brochures, and website content.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist with SEO and paid advertising (PPC) initiatives to improve online visibility.
- Maintain and update company websites and CRM systems.
- Coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities where required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a marketing role (e.g., Marketing Assistant/Executive).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms).
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
