Marketing manager
We are looking for an experienced part-time marketing professional to help shape and strengthen our marketing function. This is a hands-on role for 16 to 20 hours per week and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy with delivery, can work independently, and wants to make a visible impact in an established regional business with strong growth potential.

What you will bring
- A degree in marketing, or an equivalent qualification such as an MBA
- Strong experience across digital marketing, including website management, SEO, paid search and social media
- Proficiency in WordPress, with the ability to improve website content and user journeys to increase visibility, website visits, enquiries and conversions
- Proven experience of achieving page-one Google rankings through high-quality SEO content and generating excellent-quality enquiries through strong digital performance
- Confidence using Monday, Google Analytics and Excel to track performance, manage activity and demonstrate return on investment
- Experience of working with and managing external marketing suppliers
- Strong budget management skills, with the ability to maximise a limited budget and reduce waste
- The ability to use customer feedback and performance data to understand customer needs, strengthen our value proposition and improve the customer experience
- An interest in using AI tools to improve reporting, content creation and audience targeting
Communication and leadership
- Clear communication skills, with experience of engaging effectively with current and potential partners
- The ability to build and strengthen our brand position in the market
- Confidence presenting marketing activity, proposals and results to the board using both financial and non-financial measures
- The ability to connect day-to-day marketing activity with the company’s wider business goals and long-term plans

- A customer-focused approach, with the ability to listen, respond and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
