Job Description
Join our IT teams, which is at the core of our digital future, analysing and operating all our internal and customer-facing systems, with the aim of delivering the best customer experience. None of it would be possible without our innovative teams, creating a connected future with technologies like Cloud, AI and big data.

- Help coordinate supplier governance activities, including preparing materials, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-through
- Monitor supplier performance data and help identify risks, issues or opportunities for improvement
- Support contract and commercial processes, including tracking obligations, managing change requests, and maintaining documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve supplier-related challenges and keep delivery aligned to expectations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across supplier activity, governance outputs, financial tracking and contractual changes
- Contribute to improving partner management practices, increasing consistency, transparency, and cost control
- Support financial processes such as spend tracking, invoice validation and reporting for assigned suppliers
- Build strong working relationships across Commercial, Finance, VOIS, InterCo and delivery teams to support effective outcomes
- Proactively escalate risks, performance concerns or delivery challenges with clear insight and recommended next steps
Qualifications
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who is curious, organised, and collaborative, with an interest in how partners and suppliers contribute to successful technology delivery. You’re comfortable working across teams, spotting patterns in data, and helping bring structure and clarity to complex environments.
You’ll bring:
- Experience supporting supplier or vendor management within IT, technology delivery or transformation environments
- A good understanding of supplier governance, performance monitoring and service management principles
- Familiarity with IT delivery models and how internal teams and external partners work together
- Experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders, building effective relationships, to coordinate activity, resolve issues and support delivery outcomes
- Confidence working with data - identifying trends, highlighting risks, and communicating insights clearly
- Exposure to financial processes such as cost tracking, invoice validation or budget monitoring related to suppliers
