Key Responsibilities:. • Greet guests and provide them with menus and beverage options. • Take accurate orders from customers and input them into the point-of-sale system. • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. • Ensure that tables are properly set up and maintained throughout the shift. • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. • Upsell menu items and promote specials as appropriate. • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and prepared to guest specifications. • Handle payment transactions and process credit card payments. • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
