- Salary of £49,464 – £52,864 per annum depending on experience

Your Key Responsibilities
- Hold a complex caseload within a Children with Disabilities service
- Complete assessments, plans and interventions to safeguard and improve outcomes for children and young people
- Build positive and lasting relationships with children, families and partner agencies
- Provide supervision and support to Family Support Workers within the team
- Offer mentoring and practice guidance to colleagues whilst promoting high-quality social work practice
- Support the Team Manager where required and occasionally deputise in their absence
For This Role You Will Need
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, CSS or equivalent)
- Registration with Social Work England
- Completed ASYE
- At least three years' post-qualified social work experience
- Experience of working with children with disabilities and their families
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
