This role is about guiding guests, making strong recommendations, upselling food and drinks, and ensuring guests feel looked after in our QR-led ordering environment.. . You will welcome and engage guests, guide them through the QR menu, recommend signature dishes and high-ticket items, upsell naturally, support smooth service flow, and maintain a clean, organised section.. You’ll also be comfortable taking part in social media content such as short videos or photos during service when required.. We’re looking for confident, friendly, well-presented team players who enjoy engaging with guests and aren’t afraid to upsell.
