Key Responsibilities:. . * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests.. * Accurately take food and drink orders and serve them promptly.. * Craft and prepare a variety of coffee beverages, and assist with light food preparation, such as sandwich assembly or plating desserts.. * Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and inviting atmosphere of the café and dining areas.. . What We're Looking For:. . * Proven experience in a front of house or café environment.. * A positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. * Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.. * Barista experience is highly advantageous.. * A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork.. .
