We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of our marketing and communications strategy. Working closely with senior leadership and external agency partners, you will be responsible for strengthening our brand, managing digital channels, creating engaging content, and delivering effective marketing campaigns that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media, SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Create and oversee marketing content across digital, print and internal communication channels.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Build relationships with media, customers, stakeholders and external marketing agencies.
- Plan, manage and deliver marketing projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget and identify opportunities to maximise ROI.
Skills & Experience- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Marketing, Communications or PR role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, website management, SEO and PPC.
- Excellent copywriting, editing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Confident working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience within a similar industry is desirable but not essential.
