We are looking for a versatile hospitality professional with experience as a breakfast barista, including latte art, as well as floor service, hosting and events.. . The role involves:. . * Creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests.. * Seating guests promptly and responding to requests and queries efficiently.. * Taking and accurately communicating food and beverage orders.. * Preparing coffees according to assigned shifts.. * Providing safe, efficient and consistently high-quality food and beverage service.. * Setting up, clearing and promptly servicing tables.. * Developing knowledge of the food and beverage offering to answer guest questions confidently.. * Maintaining awareness of allergens and relevant guest requirements.. . The successful candidate will have:. . * Experience in a similar food and beverage role, preferably in a busy, high-end hotel, leisure or hospitality environment.. * A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, which is desirable.. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing manner.. * A proactive approach and the ability to resolve queries positively and practically.. * A passion for exceptional guest service and a courteous attitude towards guests and colleagues.. * Strong teamwork and attention to detail.. * The ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision.. * A positive and flexible approach, including availability for weekend and evening work.
