About the role

Stirling Head Office - Monday - Friday office based - 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break).

Creating quotes, liaising with clients directly and via sales team.
Day to day management of interpretation projects.
Managing suppliers and ensuring projects go smoothly.
Providing world class customer service in collaboration with the other PMs.

When required taking on remote and face to face interpretation jobs across Scotland depending on type of assignment.
Travelling to and from on site interpretation locations, ensuring to arrive in a timely manner.
Represent the company in a professional manner
Provide accurate interpretation for the duration of the session

Who are we looking for?

Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
Prior experience in the language services industry.
Experience of working in a professional services environment.
DBS / DPSI qualification or equivalent court experience desired
Vietnamese or Polish proficiency in addition to English.
Clean UK drivers license
Ability to travel to court and other assignments across Scotland on short notice, including the same day.
Comfortable with interpretation for Public Sector (medical appointments etc.)
