Founded in 2013 by brothers Maxime, Malik and Yannis, the quintessentially Parisian restaurant is named after their mother. Maxime and Yannis have, between them, almost 30 years of experience in hospitality having worked in top restaurants across London, New York and Paris.. Requirements:. - To be punctual and dressed appropriately attire and ready to start work 10 minutes before rota time. - To carry out all set up duties whilst maintaining clean premises at all times. Including clean polished crockery, cutlery and glasses. - To work professionally at all times with other members of staff to ensure efficiency of tasks completed within time limits.. . . Service:. - To carry out service using the thirteen points of service at all times with every customer you serve in a calm and friendly manner.. . . - To work together as a team, which includes liaising with the chef and other kitchen staff. - To report any issues that may arise to the manager on duty. - To ensure checkout is correct with the correct money given. To make sure the manager double checks to sort out any problems that may have arisen.. - To not finish up and leave unless instructed to do so by the manager on duty. . .
