Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Supported Housing Team.
In this role, you will work across six supported housing services in the Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre area, providing support to individuals who need help to maintain their tenancy. Please click here for further details about the service.
Salary: £13.12 per hourHours: 18 weekly
Shifts: Working shifts are 7am to 7pm. This is a 7-day service, so the role will involve working on a rota basis, including evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
Looking for a job where you can make a real difference in people's lives?
We're looking for a Support Worker to work across our Supported Living Services. You'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live more independently and work towards moving into independent accommodation.
Your role will include supporting people with medication, accessing the community, cleaning, cooking and other domestic tasks. Your days will be varied, so we’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, understand the needs of the people who draw on our support, and bring a positive attitude to every shift.
We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with the people we support and fellow colleagues. Qualifications
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
