Assisting Guests with drinks and food ordering, being able to e plain the drinks and food on offer on the menu, make recommendations and pairing, fully knowledgable on allergens and on the correct procedures when dealing with allergies;. Being a people person, therefore having the ability of dealing with differemt or difficult requests from Guests;.
