Responsibilities of this role:
- Lead on practice improvement initiatives across Children's Social Care, supporting the development of high-quality, child-centred practice.
- Undertake audits, case reviews, and quality assurance activities to evaluate practice standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse performance data, inspection findings, and feedback to support service development and improvement planning.
- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and learning resources to enhance practitioner knowledge and skills.
- Provide professional advice and support to managers and practitioners on policy, procedures, and best practice.
- Support the implementation of statutory guidance, safeguarding standards, and improvement frameworks across services.
- Work collaboratively with teams, partners, and senior leaders to promote continuous learning, reflective practice, and positive outcomes for children and families.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
