Mestizo Restaurant & Tequila Bar is an authentic Mexican restaurant and tequila bar with sites in Camden and Chelsea, known for our margaritas, mezcal cocktails and food.. We're looking for an Assistant Waiter to support our floor team and help make every table's experience feel seamless. You'll work alongside a Waiter on their section delivering drinks and food, clearing plates, resetting tables.. **What you'll be doing:**. - Greeting guests warmly alongside the Waiter. - Delivering drinks and running food from the pass. - Clearing plates and resetting tables between courses. - Reading the section and spotting what guests need next. - Communicating proactively with your Waiter about timing and guest needs. **What we're looking for:**. - A proactive, attentive attitude you notice things before being asked. - Comfortable being on your feet for a full shift. - Warm and natural with guests of all types. - Good communication and teamwork on a busy floor. A great opportunity to grow into a full Waiter role within a busy, high volume restaurant.
