Deliver warm, confident table service across brunch, lunch, and evening piano service. Guide guests through the menu - brunch classics, evening Piano Plates, cocktails, and wines - with genuine knowledge and recommendations. Build real relationships with our Island regulars and make every guest feel like a local. Support the bar team on drinks service during busy piano nights and events. Keep the room looking sharp - table settings, presentation, and atmosphere. Be part of special evenings including live piano nights, Concert Nights, and private events. Confidence talking to guests, making recommendations, and handling a busy section. High standards, good energy, and pride in your work.
