IT Support Technician (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Gloucester (Office-Based)
Day Rate: £200 per day
Contract: 2–3 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role Our client, a well-established organisation with a multi-site operation, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their internal IT team on a fixed-term contract.

This role would suit someone who enjoys structured administration, has strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and can quickly become a productive member of a busy IT team.

What You'll Do:

Create, modify and remove user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licences and permissions
Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes and distribution lists
Support IT projects and business change initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and system records
Assist with user onboarding and access management
Ensure IT administration tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
Work closely with the wider IT team to support project delivery

What We're Looking For:

Experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
Knowledge of Exchange Online, shared mailboxes and distribution lists
Experience managing user accounts, permissions and licences
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
