Growth Marketer – £30–35k

Fully Remote | Performance Marketing | Paid Media

We’re hiring a Growth Marketer with strong Paid Media, Performance Marketing, PPC, and Digital Advertising experience. You’ll manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, driving revenue growth, ROI, and performance optimisation.

Role Overview

Manage Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns
Daily budget management and performance tracking
Analyse data, report insights, improve campaign efficiency
Build briefs and support end-to-end campaign delivery
Drive growth, conversion, CPA improvements, and ROI

Requirements

Strong experience in paid media platforms
Analytical mindset + high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Solid project management and time management
