The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the creative direction, content and storytelling for our client, a well-established business within the yachting industry. You will take the lead on major studio launches, strategic announcements and events, ensuring every experience consistently reflects the company’s identity, values and long-term vision. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening the company’s brand positioning and digital presence, developing engaging content and ensuring the brand remains visible, relevant and distinctive within the luxury yachting market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction, content development and storytelling across key marketing initiatives, including studio launches, strategic announcements and industry events

• Develop and strengthen the company’s brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints.

• Build and enhance the company’s digital presence through compelling, high-quality content and targeted marketing activity.

• Monitor industry developments, competitor positioning and wider luxury market trends, providing relevant insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Identify and map key industry relationships, influencers and relevant stakeholders, working closely with Commercial and Business Intelligence teams to prioritise engagement and strengthen the company’s market position.

• Maintain strong governance and quality control across all marketing outputs, ensuring confidentiality, consistency and brand integrity at all times.

• Contribute to wider marketing and brand strategy discussions, bringing forward innovative ideas, market insight and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Ensure all marketing activity supports the company’s long-term commercial objectives, brand reputation and growth ambitions.

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a design-led, luxury or professional services environment

• Experience managing and evolving digital platforms and content systems, with confidence working within CMS environments and overseeing website performance

• A strategic thinker with the ability to move seamlessly from long-term planning to practical delivery

• Strong understanding of brand positioning within a high-end / ultra-luxury context, including appropriate tone, restraint and audience awareness

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity to tone, authorship and brand integrity

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and contributors simultaneously

• Highly resourceful, pragmatic and naturally proactive, with a bias towards finding solutions and delivering results.

• Strong attention to detail and quality, combined with sound judgement and pragmatism

• Comfortable working independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team

• Strong IT skills and confidence using modern marketing, content and collaboration tools

The role is hybrid and requires 2-3 days from office and occasionally travels to industry events etc.

Salary is in range of £45-55K depending on experience
