Affiliate Assistant Manager
Location: Norfolk HQ (with UK travel as required)

The business is experiencing strong momentum and is investing in its performance marketing capabilities. As Affiliate Assistant Manager, you will play an important role in driving customer acquisition across the UK affiliate channel, with a particular focus on premium press, content publishers and influencer partners.
The Role
Reporting into the PR team, the Affiliate Assistant Manager will take ownership of the UK affiliate programme, supporting its growth and optimisation while building and strengthening relationships with leading UK media titles, content platforms and influencer networks.
You’ll work closely with PR, Marketing, Social and E-commerce teams to ensure affiliate activity aligns with brand moments, campaign priorities and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of the UK affiliate strategy, aligned to acquisition and brand objectives
- Drive new customer growth through optimisation of CPA, incrementality and commission structures
- Forecast, manage and track budgets and performance against monthly and annual targets
- Lead affiliate trading plans around key brand moments, product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Build and manage strong relationships with UK press publishers, content partners and influencer affiliates
- Own and maximise press and influencer gifting to deliver both brand and commercial outcomes
- Proactively recruit and activate new UK content partners and emerging influencer talent
- Analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activity and publisher trends across the fashion and lifestyle space
- Work closely with affiliate platforms including LTK, Linkby, Skimlinks and Awin to deliver impactful activations
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on UK publishers and influencers
- Proven experience working with press, content or influencer partnerships within fashion, lifestyle or premium retail
- Strong commercial mindset, with hands-on experience managing budgets and performance targets
- Confident relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills and existing publisher or creator contacts
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into commercial action
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working cross-functionally across teams
