Our client, Brent Council, is seeking an agency Social Worker for its Children’s social care team.
This role will last 3 months initially, paid in line with London/DFE pay rates.

The role will involve the following:
- Court report writing
- Giving evidence in court.
- Managing court work from first to final hearing.
- Completing s.7 and 37 reports.
- Managing children on child protection plans and the Public Law Outline.
- Completing parenting assessments.
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
- Significant post-qualified experience of children’s social care social work
- Experience of child protection and court work
