Full time waiter/waitress needed for busy restaurant in London Bridge. . The restaurant serves over 300 covers a day so experience in fast paced restaurants is highly desirable. . The pay is £14.50 plus excess troncs . There's also performance incentives as well as cash and card tips (not shared). . Hours are around 40-45 a week, mainly straight shifts but full flexibility during the week is needed. . The restaurant opens from 7am and closes at 11pm, 6 days a week. Sunday is only lunch and dinner and closing at 9pm. Most of the shifts start after 11am. . Who we need. . * well present and well spoken. * able to engage well with customers. * confident at recommending and upselling. * can work well and organised during busy shifts. * reliable, professional and punctual. * experience in similar settings
