East West, an independent neighbourhood pizzeria in the heart of Hoxton, is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full time waiter/waitress. . . We are passionate about great food and exceptional customer service, and we're looking for like-minded talents to help us deliver an outstanding experience to our guests.. . **Key Responsibilities:**. - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and brand standards are met.. - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations and answering guest inquiries.. - Serve food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction along with allergen compliance.. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, dining area, and workstations.. - Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning, and preparation.. - Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations, being a team player is crucial for this role.. - Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers with a positive working attitude.. . **What We're Looking For:**. - At least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a restaurant or bar setting.. - A genuine passion for hospitality, excellent customer service and attention to detail.. - Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. . - A team player that also works efficiently solo, and is able to own the bar.. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.. **Working Hours:**. Wednesday - Friday 1630-2300. Saturday and Sunday 1130-2300.
