Our client operates in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and is looking for a commercially driven marketing professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of multi-channel marketing activity, leading campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will also oversee website performance, CRM and automation activity, and manage a small marketing team.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
What is involved?
- Lead and deliver marketing strategies aligned to business growth objectives
- Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Take ownership of website performance, ensuring it is optimised for SEO, content, and conversion
- Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels including email, digital, events, and content
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies using data and insights
- Oversee CRM systems and marketing automation to deliver targeted, personalised campaigns
- Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from planning through to performance analysis
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign and website performance metrics
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including sales, product, and customer teams
- Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality outputs
- Plan and deliver events to support brand awareness and commercial growth
