Senior IT Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior IT Specialist with strong Middle East experience to manage and support our enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment, Office 365 ecosystem, and cyber security operations.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in managing secure and scalable IT environments within fast-paced business operations across the GCC region.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (Dynamics AX / NAV / Business Central / D365)
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environment including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, firewalls, and backup systems
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, cyber security controls, and best practices
- Perform vulnerability assessments, security monitoring, patch management, and incident response
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and enterprise network services
- Ensure system availability, performance, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for ERP, infrastructure, cloud, and security-related issues
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, auditors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, licenses, inventory, and compliance records
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regional IT/security regulations

- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- ERP implementation, administration, customization, and support
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP integrations

- Strong experience in Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration

- Windows Server Administration

Cyber Security
- Strong knowledge of cyber security concepts and security frameworks

Middle East Experience
- Strong understanding of GCC/Middle East business environments
- Knowledge of regional IT operations, compliance, and security standards
- Experience supporting multi-site operations across the Middle East is preferred

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant IT experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of Middle East/GCC experience preferred
- Microsoft certifications preferred
- Cyber security certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, or ISO 27001 are an advantage
- ITIL certification is a plus
