As a Level 2 Social Worker, you'll be an essential member of our evolving, multi-disciplinary team, developing a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do. Your role will require you to have effective communication and the ability to craft assessments and reviews that are timely, proportionate, and person centred. Guided by your supervisor, you'll play a key role in enabling our customers to live independently.
Your expertise should cover current legislation and guidance related to vulnerable adults, along with a solid understanding of Health & Social Care legislation in a broader policy context.

This position comes with a 5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
