Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager for a Single Homeless Hub in North London.
Overview:As a deputy manager you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of a single homeless hub, Mulberry junction, providing an innovative and effective management
Mulberry junction comprises of a multidisciplinary team working to deliver a co-produced and psychologically informed support service to prevent and tackle homelessness
This role will be varied, community facing, fast-paced, and outcomes focused
The service provides a trauma-informed on person-centered environment where people can access housing and homelessness advice and assessment, health and well-being support, and opportunities to learn skills and access peer support.
You will deliver line management support and supervision outcome monitoring and team development.
The role will contribute actively to the delivery of the council's homelessness and rough sleeping strategies by supporting people to secure and sustain positive housing health and community outcomes.
To achieve this you will empower your team and guests to access harm minimization, primary healthcare, access benefits and immigration support. You will also be working in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of statutory and voluntary services and practitioners to ensure people accommodated achieve positive health housing and social outcomes.
