We are looking for a dedicated individual who can contribute both in the kitchen and on the floor to provide an excellent dining experience.. . Your responsibilities will include:. - Assisting with the preparation and cooking of our menu items, with a focus on Turkish cuisine.. - Ensuring the kitchen area is clean, organized, and adheres to food safety standards.. - Greeting and seating customers warmly, presenting menus, and taking accurate food and beverage orders.. - Serving meals and drinks efficiently and courteously.. - Handling customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.. - Processing payments and managing till operations.. - Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area.. . We are seeking someone with:. - Proven experience in a kitchen and/or front-of-house role, ideally within a restaurant setting.. - Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus.. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. - A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.. - A strong commitment to food hygiene and safety.
