We are a friendly, table-service café in Crouch End and are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front of House team member to join our team.Main Responsibilities:. . * Welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Taking customer orders accurately. * Providing attentive table service. * Clearing and cleaning tables. * Keeping the café clean, tidy and well-presented throughout the day. * Checking and monitoring stock levels. * Restocking items when required. * Working closely with the rest of the team to provide excellent customer service. What We’re Looking For:. . * Friendly, positive and approachable personality. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team. * Comfortable working in a busy café environment. * Previous Front of House or hospitality experience is preferred. * Barista skills and coffee-making experience would be a strong advantage.
