We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.. Key Responsibilities. . * Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables if required.. * Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.. * Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.. * Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.. * Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.. * Process payments accurately using cash, card, or other payment methods.. * Prepare and reset tables before and after service.. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.. * Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.. * Follow all food safety, health, and company policies.. * Assist with opening and closing duties as required..
