Position: Professional Services Technician
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 (D.O.E)
Hours: 8:30 to 5:30pm | Monday to Friday
Location: Finedon (with onsite customer visits)

Dufeu IT Solutions Ltd is a successful, forward-thinking and motivated business based in Finedon. We are recruiting a Professional Services Technician to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
We are an award-winning Managed Service Provider delivering IT, Cyber Security, VoIP Telephony, Business Mobile, and AI and Automation services. We have been in business for over a decade and support more than 100 businesses nationwide, taking pride in excellent customer and employee satisfaction.

The Professional Services Technician plays a key part in assisting the smooth running of the professional services we deliver to our customers. You will support the Professional Services team in the planning, coordination and hands-on delivery of IT projects for both existing and prospective clients, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery that is fluent across the company.
Projects include, but are not limited to, server installations, laptop and desktop rollouts, Microsoft 365 migrations, VoIP installations, office moves and new infrastructure setups. The role combines remote and onsite work across customer sites, so a full, clean UK driving licence is required.
