The Role
This position is focused on delivering integrated, results-driven marketing programmes across global markets. You’ll be involved in everything from campaign execution to stakeholder engagement, ensuring strong brand consistency and measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Campaigns
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all regions
- Track and report on campaign performance
Global Events & Trade Shows
- Lead end-to-end execution of international exhibitions
- Manage logistics, exhibitor portals, and marketing comms
- Oversee lead capture and post-event follow-up
Content & Communications
- Create press releases, editorials, and website content
- Develop campaign collateral and marketing materials
- Maintain media relationships and editorial calendars
Digital Marketing
- Support social media, email campaigns, and paid media activity
- Optimise website content and contribute to ongoing digital improvements
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Work with automation tools to build nurture campaigns
- Manage CRM data (Salesforce) and ensure lead quality
- Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution
Video & Multimedia
- Assist with video content creation (storyboarding, messaging)
- Coordinate with internal and external production teams
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Collaborate across global teams (marketing, sales, product)
- Manage external agencies and suppliers
Marketing Operations
- Support reporting, competitor analysis, and general marketing admin
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role (engineering/manufacturing preferred)
- Proven experience managing events or trade shows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Solid digital marketing exposure (social, email, content)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
Desirable:
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Exposure to AI tools for content creation

- Location: Plymouth (office-based, full-time)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (early finish Fridays)
- Flexibility required to support global teams
