The Breakfast Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving breakfast dishes, and providing a memorable dining experience for our guests. Previous experience in restaurant settings or hospitality is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.. **Responsibilities**. - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive table service throughout their breakfast experience. - Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated. - Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. - Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas. - Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times during food handling and serving. - Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff when required. - Manage guest queries professionally, offering assistance and resolving issues promptly. - Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently. - Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow. **Qualifications**. - Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. - Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts. - Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour. - Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. - Flexibility to work mornings during breakfast hours, including weekends if required.
