Responsibilities include:. . * Answering questions related to the menu and providing recommendations.. * Opening and closing the restaurant.. * Preparing drinks, cocktails, and coffees to Sapore Vero's high standards.. * Answering the phone and accurately taking orders.. * Delivering food and drinks to customers with a positive attitude.. * Efficiently processing payments... * Maintaining a clean and organised floor and bar area.. * Experience with stock taking rota and food cost. . . What we are looking for:. . * At least 10 years of experience in waitering, ideally within Italian restaurants in London or Italy.. * A positive and engaging personality, always ready to smile and interact with customers.. * Excellent English communication skills.. * A strong commitment to ensuring customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience.. * Speak Italian and English. .
