Contract role, Front Door team within Adult Social Services
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Health and Social Care Officer in Nottingham.
- The role is to process and triage adult social care referrals at the main front door to social care.
- This role is fully phone based, taking referrals over the phone and via online referrals.
- The role includes processing requests and appropriately screening referrals for care and support, occupational therapy equipment and safeguarding referrals.
- The role is hybrid which consists of a 50/50 split between office and home working. However, for at least the first month or two the applicant would be expected to be in the office full time until they are fully trained and confident in the role.
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
