We’re particularly interested in someone with good bar knowledge who can comfortably work both front of house and behind the bar when needed.. What we’re looking for:. ● Previous restaurant or hospitality experience. ● Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer. ● Comfortable taking orders and serving customers. ● Able to assist the bar during busy periods. ● Friendly, professional and confident with guests. ● Good communication and teamwork. ● Fast, organised and able to work under pressure. ● Reliable and well-presented.
