### About the Role. . We are looking for professional, reliable and flexible **Event Waiters and Waitresses** to support a range of **corporate events and hospitality functions in London**.. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and delivering an excellent standard of service. You will work alongside experienced event and hospitality teams, helping ensure guests receive a smooth and professional experience from arrival through to the end of the event.. The role may include conferences, corporate receptions, private functions, dinners and other organised events.. . ### Duties and Responsibilities. - Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service throughout events. - Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful assistance when required. - Serve food, soft drinks and other refreshments according to event service standards. - Assist with setting up event spaces, tables, service stations and dining areas. - Clear tables, glassware and service areas efficiently throughout the event. - Maintain a clean, organised and presentable working environment. - Follow food hygiene, health and safety and allergen procedures at all times. - Communicate effectively with supervisors, kitchen staff and other members of the Events team. - Respond professionally to guest enquiries and requests. - Assist with opening, closing and event breakdown procedures. - Maintain high standards of personal presentation and professionalism. - Support the wider Events and Food & Beverage team wherever required. . ### What We’re Looking For. - Previous waiter/waitress, hospitality or events experience is preferred. - Professional and confident when interacting with guests. - Friendly and approachable with strong customer service skills. - Good spoken English and communication skills. - Reliable, punctual and well presented. - Comfortable working in a busy event environment. - Able to work effectively as part of a team. - Flexible with working hours and available for different event schedules. - Willing to support with different duties depending on the requirements of each event. . ### Role Details. **Position:** Event Waiter / Waitress. **Pay:** £12.71 per hour. **Location:** Central London. **Type of work:** Corporate events and hospitality functions. **Availability:** Flexible shifts depending on event requirements
