We are a high-performance Formula One Team driven by innovation, precision, and passion. Our IT team plays a critical role in ensuring that colleagues across the business have access to reliable technology and support services that enable them to perform at their best. From supporting trackside operations tomaintainingfactory-based systems, our Service Desk team is at the forefront of delivering excellent IT support in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
As an IT Service Desk Student Placement,you'llgain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of users, technologies, and business-critical systems. This is a unique opportunity to develop your technical and customer service skills while contributing to the success of a Formula One team.
During your placement, you will provide first-line IT support to users across the business, helping to resolve technical issues and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Working alongside experienced IT professionals,you'llgain exposure to a broad range of technologies, systems, and support processes while developing practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
You'llsupport the day-to-day operation of the Service Desk,assistingwith incident management, service requests, device deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the user experience.
Troubleshoot issues relating to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications
Support user account administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management activities
Currently studying a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computing, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, and seeking an industry placement during your penultimate year of university
