Front of House Team Member and Kitchen Assistant - Cinta Café | Chelsea. . Cinta Café is a neighbourhood spot known for great coffee, fresh food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and naturally good with people to join our small team.You’ll be part of a team of 6 - supportive, hands-on, and focused on creating a space our regulars genuinely enjoy coming back to.. . Hours & Pay. . * 5 days per week (may also include weekends) . * 30-minute unpaid break per shift . * £14 per hour. . . What You’ll Be Doing. . * Supporting kitchen staff when needed: chopping, plating, washing up, serving etc. . * Greeting customers and providing warm, attentive service . * Taking orders and serving food for dine-in and takeaway . * Plating pre-prepared dishes. . * Preparing fresh juices and drinks . * Restocking and maintaining a clean, organised workspace . * Clearing tables and supporting the team during busy periods . * Supporting kitchen staff when needed- . * Helping maintain a positive, community-focused atmosphere . * Learning closing procedures (occasional closing shifts once trained) . . What We’re Looking For. . * Friendly, confident, and customer-focused . * Experience with food service or bakery is a big plus . * Strong communication and a natural ability with people . * Organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment . * Reliable, proactive, hard working and happy to get stuck in . .
