The role - Marketing Manager
This is a varied Marketing Manager position for someone who enjoys having real ownership of marketing rather than working within one narrow specialism.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how both brands are presented and perceived - by our customers, prospective customers and the communities in which we operate.
Commercial performance will naturally be an important part of the role, with marketing helping to create valuation opportunities, win new instructions and support business growth. Equally important, however, is ensuring that both brands remain recognisable, trusted and connected locally, with marketing that reflects their individual personalities, their commitment to customer service and their longstanding place within their communities.
