Role Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management:

Continue to lead,mentorand oversee one direct report in their daily functions.

Oversee and managegeneral accounting functions, includingaccounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax processing.

Maintain and reconcileaccounts payable and receivable, ensuringtimelypayments andaccuraterecords.

Process deposits, handleinvoicingand bill paymentsefficiently.

Performmonth-end and year-end financial closingand ensureaccuratereporting.

Preparemonthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reportsfor management review.

Tax Compliance & Regulatory Reporting:

Coordinate with the Portfolio group forincome tax schedules, year-end tax provisions, and compliance reporting.

Ensureaccuratetracking and payment ofcity, state, and federal tax obligations.

Prepare and filesales tax returns (monthly/quarterly)

Maintain compliance withall tax regulations and licensing requirements.

Accounts Receivable, Payable & Billing:

Managebilling and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

UtilizeGreatPlains and Software platformto prepare and send invoices.

Track and reconcile customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and manage collections.

Process vendor payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) andmaintainstrong vendor relationships.

Reconcilevendor statementsand address any disputes.

Manage and auditexpense receipts, ensuring proper tax reporting.

Oversee vendor registration and compliance withcity, state, and county licensing payments.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE&EDUCATION

Minimum3-5 years of experience infinancial management, accounting, or a similar role.

Proficiencyin Great Plains, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, and Payment platforms.

Strong knowledge ofGAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Experience handlingaccounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and tax filings.

Ability to managemultiple financial processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Excellentorganizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
