Marketing Manager
York (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum plus benefits
Our client is seeking a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead and develop their marketing function, driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue across both B2B and B2C channels.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring fresh ideas, challenge existing approaches, and deliver measurable commercial results. With a strong focus on performance analysis and ROI, you'll take ownership of marketing strategy, campaign delivery, team development, supplier management, and overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver the annual B2B and B2C marketing strategy and budget.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
- Analyse campaign performance, optimise activity, and maximise ROI.
- Lead and develop the marketing team, creating a high-performance culture.
- Oversee digital marketing, PPC agencies, social media, email marketing, and website performance.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Support B2B growth initiatives and commercial partnerships.
- Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions.
The Candidate: - Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior marketing role.
- Proven success delivering multi-channel marketing strategies and commercial growth.
- Strong understanding of ROI, customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and marketing budgets.
- A confident leader with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
