Flexible availability including evening and weekend . . . Responsibilities . . . Welcoming and seating guests . . Taking drinks and food orders accurately . . serving dishes and drinks professionally . . Explaining menu items and japanes dishes when required . . Checking on guests and ensuring a high standard of service . . Keeping restaurant clean, organised and presentable . . Working closely with the kitchen staff and other front of house team . .
